Just over 13 years ago, I took an opportunity to leave my role in corporate human resources and started HR Solutions, LLC., providing strategic human resource consulting and coaching. As a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), I coach individuals, groups, and entire organizations. Using self-awareness principles that can provide new concepts and tools to help clients successfully navigate stressful situations or various life transitions. I am grateful for the trust and relationships that are formed through coaching. It's an honor to share someone's journey so they don't have to go it alone.

I am a certified coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and a Professional Certified Coach via the International Coaching Federation. After working in corporate HR leadership positions, I started my own coaching and HR consulting business 12 years ago. During that time I have worked with individuals and teams in a variety of settings, including non-profits and both large and small businesses. I feel fortunate to have an opportunity to regularly build connections with people as they share their struggles and aspirations. and as we partner together to find greater meaning and fulfillment at work and in life.
